FFA Students Rank High in Competition

During the week of May 27th thru the 31st, students from Red Mountain Middle School (RMMS) and Deming High School (DHS) Future Farmers of America (FFA) teams went to Las Cruces for the NM FFA State Agriscience Fair Contest to compete against 30 other competitors.

RMMS students, Kendahl Bingham and Kash Albrecht, earned a silver ranking for the Environmental Agri-Science Fair Project.

Deming High School FFA students, Elizabeth Donaldson and Destiny Ortega, earned a silver ranking for their Food Products and Processing Agri-Science Fair Project. Jazmin Perea earned a silver ranking for her Food Products and Processing Agri-Science Fair Project. Stetson Holmes earned a Gold Ranking for his Power, Structures, and Technology Agri-Science Fair Project and will be continuing on to compete at the National Level.
